How do I return an item?

We want you to enjoy your Flaming Golf product. If you are not completely happy with the item(s) you have purchased, then our Refund Policy is as follows. Please note, that this applies only to unused items that are returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch, which is usually on the parcel postage label:

For Standard Range headcovers, where the standard design has not been changed:
We are happy to offer a full refund on these.

For ‘Design Your Own’ headcovers or our Standard Range headcovers where the design has been amended:
Unless your design instructions have not been followed correctly, we reserve the right to deduct an administration fee on any of these that are returned due to the bespoke nature of these products.  We are happy to discuss colours and patterns with you before the order is processed, so please make sure any queries are resolved prior to the order being produced.  This administration fee will also apply to bespoke orders that are cancelled or amended after production has commenced but before dispatch.

Please send an email to sales@flaminggolf.com and make us aware that you are returning a purchase before you send it and make sure you obtain a certificate of posting if sent via an untracked or unsigned service.
